What is the return policy?
At Justdeer, we take pride in delivering quality coffee. Due to the nature of our products, returns or replacements are only available if the coffee beans or coffee products arrive damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number, clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or taste-related reasons. Change of mind is not eligible for return

When will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped once confirmed. Delivery will be arranged within the same day or the next day via Lalamove.
Please note that we currently ship within Metro Manila only.
Where are your products manufactured?
All products are 100% manufactured in Vietnam. Manufacturing details can be found on the back of the packaging.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery location and will be paid directly to the shipper, as shipping costs are not included in your order.
If you prefer to avoid shipping fees, you may choose self pick-up at our office location after your order is confirmed.
